After an engagement survey uncovered some challenge areas the iconic 130+ paint maker needed to address, the Corporate Communications & Communications team got to work. By using one of the company’s existing and towering strengths – brand and workplace pride – they were able to create a video vignette campaign that is  currently being leveraged both internally and externally to inspire and hire the best.
